Teri Beard

Teri Beard has extensive experience in the field of employment training and human resources. Currently serving as a Rehabilitation Employment Development Specialist at the Louisiana Workforce Commission since 2008, Teri Beard focuses on training and placing individuals with disabilities in suitable job positions that align with their skills and abilities. Previously, Teri Beard was a Human Resource Manager at Lowes Home Improvement from 1993 to 2008, overseeing all HR functions for a retail facility with approximately 200 staff members. Teri Beard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and English Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
