Mandy Paganetto

Mandy Paganetto has extensive experience in event management and marketing. Mandy currently holds the position of Director of Events at the Louisville Bats since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Events at the Paristown Arts & Entertainment District from October 2021 to December 2022. Mandy also worked as the Director of Sponsorship & Events at TBAIN & Co from March 2021 to October 2021. Mandy has experience in small business consulting as a Small Business Consultant at ADP from November 2020 to March 2021. Before that, Mandy held the role of Event Marketing Manager at Fourth Street Live! from November 2018 to August 2020. Mandy gained valuable knowledge in marketing through various roles at Live Nation Entertainment, including Marketing Coordinator, Box Office Clerk, and Marketing Intern from October 2015 to October 2018. Mandy's experience in promotions can be seen from their role as a Promotions Assistant at iHeartMedia from May 2016 to May 2017. Lastly, they worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Louisville from January 2014 to July 2016.

Mandy Paganetto began their education at Covington Latin School from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they attended the University of Louisville from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a concentration in Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Data Analytics at the University of Southern Indiana.
