Tony Glore

Tony Glore has over two decades of experience in organizational development and career counseling. Currently serving as the Organizational Development and Training Manager at the Louisville/Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District since July 2002, Tony Glore manages key organizational functions, including performance metrics, goal development, succession planning, and training program assessments. Previously, from 1995 to 2002, Tony Glore worked as a Career Counselor at Jewish Family and Career Services, providing guidance to clients on career development and assisting family business owners with operational challenges. Tony Glore holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Western Kentucky University.
