Sarah Lempke O'Hare has a diverse work experience in arts administration and education. Sarah is currently the Director of Education & Community Partnerships at the Louisville Orchestra since February 2021. In addition, they work as an Arts Administration and Arts Education Consultant, providing their expertise in the field. Previously, they served as a Commissioner for the City of Creekside starting from January 2021.

In 2016, Sarah joined the Jacob Burns Film Center, where they held the position of Interim Director of Education from July 2019 to July 2020 and Manager of School Programs from April 2016 to June 2019.

Prior to that, they worked at Young Audiences New York, starting as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager in April 2013 before becoming a Program Manager in October 2013. In this role, they managed and developed youth and community arts programs, implemented new organizational procedures and systems, and led the re-design of a music residency program.

Sarah's earlier experiences include being an Education and Administrative Intern at The New York Pops in 2013, an Educational Outreach Coordinator at Lotus Education and Arts Foundation from January to December 2012, a Development Intern at the Indianapolis Museum of Art from June to August 2012, an Assistant Program Coordinator at WonderLab Museum of Science, Health, and Technology from April to June 2012, and a Social Marketing and Event Coordinator at Shiisa Quilts from January to June 2012.

Sarah Lempke O'Hare began their education at the University of Louisville, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (With Honors) degree in Music and a Minor in Business Administration. Sarah attended this institution from 2007 to 2011.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Sarah then went on to Indiana University Bloomington, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration. Sarah attended this university from 2011 to 2012.

In addition to their degrees, Sarah has obtained a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University-Purdue University's Center on Philanthropy. However, the specific month and year in which they obtained this certification are not provided.
