Nubia Bennett

Nubia Bennett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, diversity education, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Host and Creator at Louisville Public Media and a Bartender at Trouble Bar, Nubia previously held the role of Leadership Development Manager at the Leadership Louisville Center, managing an executive-level community leadership program. Experience includes coordinating Diversity Education at the University of Louisville, serving as a Youth Specialist for Louisville Metro Government, and piloting a student retention program at Spalding University. Nubia's background also features roles at Indiana University Southeast, the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Louisville, and Humana Military Healthcare Services. Nubia holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, a Master’s degree in Education, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration with a focus on Policy and Equity from the University of Louisville.
