Winston Coppini

Winston Coppini is an experienced retail operations leader with a strong background in managing and improving retail performance. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Operations and Area Leader for NSW/QLD at Lounge Lovers Furniture since March 2022, Winston has a history of leadership roles at Fantastic Furniture, where responsibilities included Retail Business Leader and Training Store Manager from April 2018 to March 2022. Previous experience includes positions at Bunnings as Department Coordinator and Team Leader during the new store opening phase from January 2015 to April 2018, as well as roles at Toys"R"Us as Dock Receiving and Customer Service Manager and Warehouse Team Member from December 2011 to November 2014. Winston holds a Higher School Certificate from Chester Hill High School, completed in 2011.
