Jono Jenkins is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Loungers plc since March 2019, Jono manages the Commercial Team, overseeing key areas such as Procurement & Supply Chain, Drinks, and Compliance. Previously, Jono was the Co-Founder & Director at BabaBoom, recognized for its culinary achievements, and held the position of Food Director at Geronimo Inns, where strategic food initiatives were developed for a diverse portfolio of pubs. With a background in product development as a Sous Chef at Gü Puds and foundational culinary experience as a Chef, Jono's career began in 2003. Educational credentials include a degree in Modern Languages from Durham University.
