Annie Jenet Jacob

Annie Jenet Jacob is a microbiology trainee at Lourdes Hospital since July 2023, following a role as QA/QC at foodastha from November 2022 to July 2023. Previously, Annie completed an on-job training program as a Quality Control Microbiologist trainee at the National Institute of Fisheries Post Harvest Technology and Training in November 2022, where valuable knowledge about value-added food production and machine learning in harvesting technologies was gained. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Lovely Professional University (September 2021 - July 2023) and a prior degree in Science from SBOA Public Sr. Sec School Kochi (June 2016 - May 2018), with foundational education at St. Alberts College (January 2018 - July 2021).
