Sheila Sylvestre

Sheila Sylvestre has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sheila started their career in 1986 with SNET - Southern New England Telephone in a role focused on sales and training. After that, they founded SMS Training & Consulting, LLC in 1995 and served as the Principal Consultant. Following their time at SMS Training & Consulting, they joined Middletown Board of Education / Middlesex Community College as a faculty member from 2004 to 2012. In 2013, they became a part of NetDimensions. Initially, they worked as a Global Custom Solutions Consultant/Senior Account Manager until 2017, then transitioned to the role of Program Director, U.S. Accounts for a brief period. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Learning & Development Consultant/Freelance Writer as a self-employed individual. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing at Louth Callan Renewables since 2020.

Sheila Sylvestre has a Certificate in Financial Markets from Yale University. Sheila also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a minor in Spanish from Providence College. Additionally, they have a Masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University, specializing in Tech Ed, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, and Strategy. Sheila is also a Certified Facilitator and Curriculum Developer from the American Management Association. Furthermore, they have completed an Immersive Language and Cultural Summer Study program at Ibero American Universidad.
