Varun Arora

Varun Arora is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Regional Franchise and Operations Manager for East & West Africa at Louvre Hotels Group since August 2014. With a strong focus on pre-opening hotel setups, brand management, and learning and development, Varun oversees the operations of over 12 hotels in the region while driving organizational change during rebranding efforts. Prior to this role, Varun held various managerial positions in training and development across notable companies, including Kingdom of Dreams and Berco's, where recognition as "Training Manager of the Year" was received. Varun's educational credentials include master's degrees in International Hospitality Management and Hospitality Administration from prestigious institutions in Australia, complemented by significant training in Mandarin and a foundational degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from India.
