Jeffrey van Rijswijk

Jeffrey van Rijswijk is an experienced professional currently serving as Directeur Transformatie en Change at Louwman Group since January 2024, having previously held the position of Senior Manager Change, Data & Development from June 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing innovation and transformation within the Occasion division. Prior to joining Louwman Group, Jeffrey worked at Valcon as a Manager, successfully guiding various change projects for clients such as Alliander and AON, and also led a recruitment team that significantly increased talent acquisition. As a partner and co-founder of Urban Simplicity and Jeck Websolutions, Jeffrey has demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities. Academically, Jeffrey holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
