Sharon Sagel

Sharon Sagel is an experienced manager in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at Louwman Group since December 2022. Previously, Sharon held various leadership roles at Parnassia Groep from March 2011 to December 2022, including Manager of Business Development and Program Manager, where strategic education and development initiatives were a focus. Before that, Sharon was a Team Leader at Indigo from 2009 to 2011 and Palier from 2007 to 2009, overseeing production and budget responsibilities. Sharon began professional development within ParnassiaBavo Groep as a Practical Trainer from 2001 to 2007, mentoring nursing and social care students. Educational qualifications include a Corporate Anthropology program from the Academie voor Organisate Cultuur, a Master’s Degree in Change Management and Culture, and foundational training in PRINCE2 and nursing education.
