Sophie AGAT

Sophie Agat has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sophie started their career as a Production Engineer at L'Oréal in 2002. Sophie then moved on to L'Occitane en Provence, where they held various roles, including Group Quality Director and Industrial and Controlling Projects Director. Sophie was responsible for implementing SAP and MES systems, managing the quality department, and setting up local quality teams for Asian and Brazilian production. At Capsum - artisan scientifique, they served as both the Quality Security Environment Director and the Product Development Director, overseeing project development and identifying business opportunities. Sophie'smost recent role was at Lov Group Invest, where they held the position of Chief Scientist R&D.

Sophie AGAT has completed post-graduate studies in Production & Logistic Management at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Sophie also holds a Masters degree in pharmaceutical and cosmetics production from Pharmaceutical University, Angers. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Reussir le changement" from ESSEC Business School in February 2022.
