Tay Jia Ling

Tay Jia Ling has a diverse work experience in product management and leadership roles. They started their career as a Project Executive at Edifice Pte Ltd, where they handled web development projects and eventually moved on to become a Project Manager, responsible for leading the project management team and providing technical advice to customers. They then joined New Union (Singapore) Investment Pte Ltd as a Product Manager, where they managed and led an IT team, focused on improving business through technology and automation. After that, they worked at ZALORA Group as a Regional Product Manager, and later joined Love, Bonito, initially as a Product Manager, and then progressed to Senior Product Manager and currently as the Head of Product. In these roles, Tay Jia Ling has demonstrated their expertise in product management, leading teams, strategic partnerships, and ensuring the smooth rollout of features and releases.

Tay Jia Ling completed their Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing at RMIT University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Interactive and Media Design from Temasek Polytechnic between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Coaching and Strengths-Based Leadership Fundamentals from The School of Positive Psychology in 2022.
