Eric Maxwell has held various managerial and leadership positions in the restaurant and insurance industries. With experience as a General Manager at L.O.V.E. Restaurant Group and RMH Franchise Corporation, as well as previous roles as a Manager at Pizza Ranch and Insurance Producer at Farmers Insurance, Eric has proven skills in managing people and operations. With a background in bartending and serving at Charlie's Place and Old Chicago Restaurants, Eric brings a diverse skill set to their current role. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Public Relations, and Marketing from Emporia State University.
