Andrew Sidebotham

Andrew Sidebotham has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Andrew is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Love Management, Inc. Prior to this, they were a Business Partner at A&T Vending, LLC. In 2017, Andrew took on the role of COO/Managing Partner at Layne's Chicken Fingers, where they oversaw various aspects of the business, including real estate deals, store design, and financial performance. Andrew also held the position of Owner Principal at AJS Hospitality, LLC from 2014 to 2016. Before that, Andrew worked at Wolfgang Puck Catering, where they held senior leadership positions such as Senior Vice President - Operations and Regional Vice President. Andrew was responsible for managing multiple teams, negotiating contracts, and planning budgets. Andrew also worked as the District Director - Operations at Wolfgang Puck Catering, where they successfully launched new venues and achieved high levels of profitability. Finally, they started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Chandlers Crabhouse, part of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants.
