Jessica Dross

Jessica Dross has extensive experience in finance, having worked in the field since 2011. Jessica began their career as a Summer Analyst, Investment Banking at MD Global Partners, LLC in 2011. Jessica then moved to M&T Bank in 2012 as a Financial Analyst. After that, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at SC&H Capital in 2013. In 2014, they became a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at Sonenshine Partners. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Finance at RUNA. Two years later, they were appointed Head of Finance at Fever-Tree USA. In 2020, Jessica Dross was promoted to Vice President of Finance at Love Wellness, and then to Vice President of Finance, People Ops.

Jessica Dross obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2011. Prior to that, they attended The Tatnall School. Jessica is currently pursuing a Master of Management degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
