Kate Rathgaber

Kate Rathgaber has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Kate currently works as an Integration Program Director at LoveCrafts since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Membership & Audiobooks at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from July 2020 to January 2021, and as the Director of Audiobooks from June 2019 to July 2020. From 2015 to 2019, Kate worked at LoveCrafts in multiple roles, including General Manager, North America; Head of Planning & Insights, Global; and Digital Merchandising Manager, North America. Before joining LoveCrafts, they were an MBA Marketing Intern at Philips Consumer Lifestyle from May 2013 to August 2013. Kate also has experience in the financial sector, having worked as an Investor Relations Analyst and Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from November 2010 to May 2012 and July 2009 to October 2010, respectively. Kate began their career as a White House Intern at the National Economic Council of The White House in September 2007.

Kate Rathgaber completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at the University of Notre Dame. Kate further pursued their education at Columbia Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Management.
