Erin Kindelan

Erin Kindelan is the Head of People Operations at Lovelytics. Erin has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Lovelytics, Erin was the Human Resources Director at SweatWorks, where they strategicall designed, implemented, and project managed all functions of HR, compliance and talent acquisition for a workforce of 70+ employees. Before that, Erin was the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at Tempus, Inc, where they reported directly to the CFO and created and managed HR, people technology, compliance and full cycle recruiting efforts and processes across departments resulting in high scaling growth (25 to 170 employees in under one year). Erin has a proven track record of successfully developing policies, scalable talent acquisition processes, people technologies, and coaching & employee engagement programs that result in long-term growth and a positive culture for organizations.

Erin Kindelan earned a B.S. in Communication from Arizona State University. Erin also attended James Madison HS. Erin has certification from LinkedIn in Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR.
