Kelly Fleckenstein

Kelly Fleckenstein is currently the Manager of Machine Learning at Lovelytics. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Federated Hermes from March 2021 to April 2022. There, they constructed an NLP pipeline that ingested GDELT data and ESG statements from a group of companies in order to create ESG scores for each company. Kelly also spearheaded the adoption of Azure ML at Federated Hermes.

Before Federated Hermes, Kelly worked as a Business Analytics Consultant at PNC from August 2017 to March 2021. There, they created a PowerBI dashboard that provided market penetration insights and saved $100,000 annually in third party fees. Kelly also mentored summer interns as well as a capstone team of CMU Master's students through end-to-end data science projects.

Kelly Fleckenstein reports to Carlos Reyes, CTO. Kelly Fleckenstein works with Jocelyn Gully - Technical Project Manager, Rachel Sim - Senior Technical Lead, Databricks Practice, and Franci Hummel - Technical Project Manager. Some individuals on their team include Allistair Cota - Consultant, Machine Learning & Big Data, Max Koch - Machine Learning Consultant, and Tejas Pandit - Machine Learning Engineer.
