Kelly Asbury has extensive experience in customer experience and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Lovevery since April 2021, following several progressive roles within the company. Prior to Lovevery, Kelly held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Sales Lead at Pier 1 and Director of Human Resources at both The Meritage Resort and Spa and The Napa Valley Marriott Hotel and Spa. Kelly also has a background in managing and volunteering while being a stay-at-home mom. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Loyola Marymount University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
