Melanie R. has a diverse work experience in various human resources and management roles. Melanie most recently worked as the Director of People at LOVING since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Web-Don, Inc. from March 2019 to August 2022, where they were responsible for restructuring and managing the HR department. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Southern Shade Tree Co. from April 2016 to March 2019, where they focused on HR functions, payroll administration, benefits administration, and talent recruiting.
