Alexandra Havdahl

Alexandra Havdahl is a distinguished academic currently serving as a Professor at the University of Oslo since August 2024. In addition to this role, Alexandra holds the positions of Center Director and Principal Investigator at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, and leads a research group at Lovisenberg Diakonale Sykehus since September 2018. Alexandra previously served as an Associate Professor at the University of Oslo from 2019 until July 2024. Alexandra's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Autism and neurodevelopmental conditions from the University of Oslo, completed between 2013 and 2016, as well as doctoral training at Weill Cornell Medical College through a PhD trainee program at Cornell University. Alexandra also holds a clinical psychologist degree from the University of Oslo, earned over six years, from 2005 to 2011.
