Suman Varyani

Suman Varyani is an experienced contract manager with a focus on hydrogen and energy sectors, currently serving as Principal Contract Manager at Low Carbon Contracts Company, overseeing a complex CfD portfolio. Previous roles include Senior Contract Manager - Hydrogen, managing contract execution, and Project Manager for Major Projects at South West Water, where a diverse project portfolio was managed within the Capital Delivery Programme. Suman's background includes leading feasibility design at Plug Power for Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers and extensive experience at Shell, including roles as Program Manager for the Shell E4 Startup Hub and EPCM Manager, as well as pipeline engineering responsibilities.
