Rachel Freeman

Rachel Freeman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support and community services. Currently serving as a Support Engineer and Senior Technical Process Specialist at Amazon since March 2018, Rachel focuses on aiding content providers in publishing quality media and proactively addressing catalog-critical issues. In addition, Rachel has served as the Child Hunger Programs Coordinator at Lowcountry Food Bank since August 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating and planning logistics for programs aimed at combating child hunger. Prior experience includes a role as an AmeriCorps Family Navigator at Trident United Way, promoting family engagement and resource access, and as a Business Services Representative at FirstBank. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, earned in 2012.
