John Nolan

Assistant Vice President at Lowe

John is responsible for project management in the Washington DC area. He has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and has developed a deep understanding of the process required to bring a project from concept to completion. While working as an Architect, John spent a great deal of time in construction administration with his larger projects being design-build efforts. His skill for solving complex problems, and keeping design intent in mind, all while working to control costs has contributed to the success of his projects. As a former Infantry Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, John knows that building a strong team spirit with all members of the project team is fundamental to success in construction. John is also passionate about woodworking and all things automotive.
