Matt Walker

Matt is responsible for the company’s hospitality and resorts development and value add investment activities. Matt also has responsibility for the company’s resort residential sales and marketing. Previously, he was an architect in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He is a past Chair of the Urban Land Institute Recreation Council. Matt has taught real estate development at UCLA and is a Board Member of the Mount Saint Mary’s University Business School. He is a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster and a frequent coach. Education: Cornell University, BArchitecture; University of California Los Angeles, MBA.
