Jacob Hyden

Jacob Hyden is a Research Assistant and Public Program Educator at Lowell Observatory since April 2021. Previously, Jacob worked as a Research Assistant at Northern Arizona University from September 2018 to June 2023, focusing on research related to main belt asteroids, specifically studying their spectra in Visible to Near-Infrared wavelengths to create a meteorite catalogue. Jacob also has experience as a Telescope Operator. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy from Northern Arizona University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
