Donna Lindner has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Donna started their career as a Grade 3 teacher at Centennial Lane Elementary School in 1990. After a year, they moved to the School District of Haverford Township, where they worked as a teacher for Grades 2 and 3 for seven years. Following that, they joined The Haverford School as a Reading Specialist in 1998 and later became the Assistant Head of Lower School in 2003. In 2007, Donna Lindner joined The Agnes Irwin School as the Lower School Director, a position they held until June 2019. During their tenure, they also served as a Board Member at the Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools (ADVIS) from July 2018 to July 2019 and as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Nelson Foundation since January 2017. Currently, they are the Head of School at Lowell School, a position they assumed in July 2019.

Donna Lindner earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Donna further pursued their education at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Reading/Writing/Literacy. In August 2019, Donna Lindner also received a certification in Radical Candor (Blinkist Summary) from LinkedIn.
