Anand Menon

Anand Menon has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage management. Anand started their career in 1998 with Hyatt Hotels, where they held various roles including F&B Executive, F&B Manager, and F&B Director. Anand also worked as an Assistant F&B Director at Hyatt Regency Chicago and Assistant F&B Director at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina. In 2003, they became the Specialty Restaurant Manager at Highlands Inn, Park Hyatt, Carmel. Anand then joined Coastal Luxury Management in 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Pebble Beach Food & Wine, Los Angeles Food & Wine, and several other establishments. Anand held this position until 2017 when they joined Lowell Farms as the Senior Vice President of Cultivation Operations.
