Alex Dinur has a diverse work experience that spans from 2008 to present. Alex started their career as a Research Assistant at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy - Rice University, where they documented the regulation of the US oil and gas industry. Alex then worked as an Analyst in Client Services at Salient Partners, managing portfolio analytics for various clients. Following that, Alex worked as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, assisting The Honorable Frances H. Stacey, Magistrate Judge. Alex then gained experience as a Summer Associate at Hartman Simons & Wood LLP and as a Summer Associate at Baker Botts LLP. After completing their education, they joined Baker Botts as an Associate, where they worked on various legal matters, including Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity, and Corporate Governance and Securities Compliance. Currently, Alex holds the position of Capital Markets Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

Alex Dinur earned a J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Rice University from 2006 to 2009, receiving a BA in Economics with Departmental Honors.
