Ed Cohen has extensive work experience in the tax field. ed is currently a Tax Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to joining Winston & Strawn LLP, they were the Chairman of the Tax Department at Coudert Brothers from 1981 to 2005. Ed Cohen began their career as a Professor at NYU Law School Graduate Tax, where they taught from September 1974 to June 1986.
Ed Cohen attended Dartmouth College from an unknown start year to 1968, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. ed later pursued their legal education and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) at Harvard Law School by 1971. Ed further specialized in Tax Law by completing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at New York University School of Law, finishing in 1975.
