Chief Officer of Inclusion at Lowenstein Sandler

Danielle Carr works closely with firm leadership, stakeholders, and committees to develop, coordinate, and track strategic initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Danielle, in conjunction with the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Steering (DE&I) Committee, is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the firm’s DE&I strategic plan and related initiatives. She works to promote minority recruitment and retention, studies advancement trends to implement best practices for the firm, and supports the firm’s employee resource groups: the Diversity Leadership Network, LGBTQ Alliance, Women’s Initiative Network, LS Parents of Young Children, and Women’s Enrichment Initiative. Danielle also manages internal diversity and inclusion training programs for firm employees.

Danielle utilizes her 13 years of law practice and nearly two decades of leading diversity and inclusion initiatives and programming for large law firms to effectively implement top-tier programming. She is also experienced in fostering relationships with community and professional organizations and leaders to enhance an enterprise’s community footprint and build an inclusive talent pipeline.

Danielle has received numerous awards across the country for her diversity leadership, and she is active in many professional organizations focused on improving diversity in the legal community.
