Jessica Beardsley

Jessica Beardsley, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica amassed significant experience at New Hanover Regional Medical Center from November 2006 to November 2021, where titles included Human Resources Benefits Manager, HR Business Partner, and Employment Manager. Earlier career roles included Manager of Employment & Program Support at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and Customer Service Supervisor at The Main Street America Group. Jessica began in human resources as a Manager at Hannaford Supermarkets. Educationally, Jessica earned a Master of Business Administration from Plymouth State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Keene State College.
