Katelynn Barwin

Katie Barwin currently serves as the Middle School Assistant Principal at Lower Dauphin School District since July 2022. Previously, Katie held positions in the Central Dauphin School District from August 2014 to July 2022, including Assistant Principal, Full-Time Learning Support Teacher, and Emotional Support Middle School Teacher. Earlier experience includes serving as a substitute teacher at Lower Dauphin School District and Derry Township School District in 2014. Katie Barwin earned a Master of Education in School Administration and Policy from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania (2018-2020), a Master of Education in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University (2016-2017), and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Special Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania (2011-2013). Additionally, studies were completed at Harrisburg Area Community College from 2009 to 2011.
