Kaylor Kulina

Kaylor Kulina serves as the Athletic Director for Lower Dauphin School District since August 2022. Prior to this position, Kaylor held the role of Senior Baseball Advisor at Victory Collegiate Consulting, providing guidance to aspiring college athletes and their families through the college recruiting process. Kaylor's experience also includes serving as an Account Manager at Apex Systems and a Camp Instructor at Factory Athletics, where responsibilities involved player evaluations and instruction. Early career roles included a Gameday Operations Intern at Penn State Harrisburg and a Student Intern with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company. Kaylor holds a Master of Education in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Business from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, along with an Associate's degree from Polk State College and a high school diploma from Lower Dauphin High School.
