Joe Scanlan, CPA, has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor in Assurance Services. Joe then moved to Fannie Mae in 2011 as a Senior Financial Analyst before joining Lowers Risk Group in 2014. At Lowers Risk Group, Joe held various roles including Manager Cash Audit Support, Project Manager in Finance, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Senior Vice President, before becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2022.
Joe Scanlan, CPA, earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University from 2003 to 2007. Joe furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Accounting from the same university from 2007 to 2008. Joe Scanlan is also a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
