Ellen Hevenor Mai

Ellen Hevenor, MAI, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ellen began their career as a Cabin Counselor at Camp Capers, where they provided guidance and support to campers in their spiritual journey. Ellen then interned at Ally, where they shadowed colleagues in the Dealer Credit department and assisted with administrative tasks. Following that, Ellen worked as a Team Member at Aggieland Outfitters, gaining valuable customer service experience. Ellen also served as a Graduate Student Assistant at Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, supporting faculty and students in their academic pursuits. Currently, Ellen holds the position of Managing Director at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC, after progressing through roles as an Associate and Director at the same company.

Ellen Hevenor, MAI has a strong educational background in the field of real estate and finance. Ellen obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Honors and Finance from the same university in 2017. In 2015, Ellen also participated in a Study Abroad Program in Communications and New Media at the Council on International Educational Exchange.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ellen has acquired several certifications related to their field. Ellen obtained the MAI Designation (MAI) from the Appraisal Institute in June 2023. Ellen also holds the title of Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from various institutions, including the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, TALCB, and the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
