Lei Duran

Lei Duran currently serves as Senior Vice President at Lowes Foods, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Lei was with Lowe's Companies, Inc. from November 2021 to February 2025, holding multiple Vice President titles focusing on strategy, media, retail brand marketing, and DIY brand marketing. Lei's career also includes a tenure at Kantar as Senior Vice President of Retail Insights, where expertise was applied to the Omni-channel retail landscape and Walmart operations. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Strategy at Geometry - North America, managing data-driven insights and shopper behavior strategies, and various Category Director roles at Walmart overseeing kitchen and bath portfolios. Lei holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan.
