Krishna Rao Sapare has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Krishna Rao started their career as a System Engineer at ITI Limited in 1999. Krishna Rao then worked at Motorola India as an SW Consultant, where they developed a Generic Simulator and implemented the PPP protocol. Sapare joined Freescale Semiconductor as a System Test Architect, responsible for system use case analysis and testing Bluetooth and WiFi features. Krishna Rao later joined Airvana as a Lead, automating features like PPPoE and IKEv2/IPSec. At ST-Ericsson, Sapare served as a Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager, handling validation, certification, and quality for smartphone and tablet platforms. Krishna Rao was also involved in launching several smartphones with major wireless standards. At Target, Sapare held the role of Software Engineering Coach, specializing in DevOps and automation frameworks for functional and non-functional testing. Their most recent experience is at Lowe's India as a Principal Technology Coach, where they led the adoption of Kafka technologies and developed a strategic roadmap aligning with organizational goals. Sapare has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, frameworks, and methodologies throughout their career.

Krishna Rao Sapare holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University in the year 2007. In 2015, they also obtained a certification as a SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
