Charles Kopel

Charles Kopel is an associate at Lowey Dannenberg Cohen & Hart. Charles previously worked as an intern at Rumbold & Seidelman, LLP, where they assisted in drafting documents for adoption petitions and edited egg donation contracts. Charles also volunteered at The National September 11 Memorial, where they assisted visitors from all over the world as they experienced the site. In addition, they interned at the City of Philadelphia Law Department, where they conducted legal research and produced memos on merits of freedom of information requests, drafted responses to requests, and closely collaborated with Right to Know Division attorneys. Charles also served as a law clerk at the Delaware Department of Justice and a research assistant for Professor Jose Alvarez. Finally, they interned at Bizchut: The Israel Human Rights Center for People with Disabilities.

Charles Kopel first attended Yeshiva University where they studied history, English literature, and obtained a minor in Semitic languages. Charles then went on to attend New York University School of Law where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree.
