Hailee Durand

Hailee Durand has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Hailee began their career as a Prep Chemist at Chromadex Analytics Inc, where they prepared raw/finished material samples for quantitative HPLC/GC analysis. Hailee then worked as a QC Chemist at Sandoz, performing physical testing on finished pharmaceuticals, including water content determination and hardness testing. From there, Hailee joined Avista Pharma Solutions (now part of Cambrex), where they held several roles, including Stability Project Coordinator and Scientist I. In these positions, they authored FDA compliant stability protocols and performed daily analytical testing of various samples. Currently, they are working at Loxo Oncology at Lilly as a Director - CMC, Analytical Chemistry. Overall, Hailee has gained extensive experience in analytical chemistry and method development within the pharmaceutical industry.

Hailee Durand has a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Michigan State University (2015-2017). Hailee also has a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry (2009-2013), a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics (2009-2014), a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature (2009-2013), and a Minor in Chemistry (2009-2013), all from the University of Colorado Boulder.
