Mike Czapar

Mike Czapar has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mike is currently serving as the CFO of Loxo Oncology at Lilly since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company, where they held multiple positions, including Associate Vice President & CFO of the Northern European Hub and Director of Investor Relations. Mike also played a key role in the review of strategic alternatives for Elanco Animal Health and led efforts for the company's IPO. Before joining Eli Lilly and Company, they worked at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Summer Associate. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Eli Lilly and Company, including Associate Financial Consultant for Lilly Diabetes and Controller/Senior Financial Analyst for Global Product Development. Mike began their career as an Internal Auditor.

Mike Czapar attended Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2002 to 2006, focusing on Finance and Economics.
