Georgina Giordano

Georgina Giordano has over 10 years of professional work experience. Georgina began their career in 2007 as an Event Manager at Ros Tower Hotel. In 2011, they became an Associate Recruiter-Freelance at Sesa-Select. In 2013, they moved to Hey Latam Recovery Center as a Human Resources Generalist (focus in soft part). From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lagash, and then at Axxon Consulting. In 2017, they joined Wenance as an IT HR Business Partner, and is currently an HR Manager at Loyal Guru since 2022. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, designing and implementing Performance & ER initiatives, supporting and coaching Managers, and identifying candidates.

Georgina Giordano obtained their degree in psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they completed a postgraduate course in Occupational Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires. Georgina then went on to complete a specialization in HR Management from the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas UNR in 2017.
