Mike Marinaccio has had a varied and impressive career. Mike began their career in 2010 as a Math Tutor for the Learning Assistance Center at SUNY Broome Community College, where they advised students in need of help with calculus level math or below. Mike established mentor-mentee relationships to strengthen students' confidence, work ethic, and analytical ability, resulting in two students improving their grades from failing to A's. In 2013, they joined Goldman Sachs as an Equity Derivatives Operations Analyst, where they designed, tested, and implemented proprietary logic to automate the generation and transmission of equity derivative trade contracts to clients and counterparties. Mike also automated manual processes by designing and developing Excel VBA applications. That same year, they also worked as a Strategy Consultant for Manley's Service Learning Project, consulting executives to formulate strategic recommendations to increase revenue, enhance community presence, and improve employee engagement and organizational culture. In 2015, they joined Synpulse Management Consulting as a Manager & Lead Developer and Senior Consultant (Technical Team Lead), Developer. Mike was the global subject matter expert for vendor partner Squirro, a search engine built on Elasticsearch with an SDK for extensibility. Mike also led a global team of five developers to design, build, and deploy a Python-powered wrapper application around Microsoft Dynamics. Finally, they extended the UI of the vendor solution with Materialize CSS, HTML, and JS to provide a tailored client experience. In 2019, they joined Loyalsnap as a Principal Engineer, Engineering Lead, and Software Engineer.

Mike Marinaccio attended Binghamton University School of Management from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a BSc in Management with a focus on Leadership and Consulting.
