Matt Fuller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and service operations management. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Cigna Insurance since June 2016, Matt is responsible for overseeing sales operations. Concurrently, Matt has been with Loyalty New Zealand since September 2009, where the role includes leading a Service Operations Support Team and managing operational systems and processes to align with business and client needs.
