Bianca Graham

Bianca Graham has had a varied work experience since 2012. Bianca started their career at Arrow Private Hire as a Customer Service Agent and Marketing Assistant in 2012. In 2015, they moved to GoodMove UK as a Team Assistant, where they dealt with incoming enquiries, arranged quotes for refurbishments, and managed the property portfolio. In 2016, they joined Asda as an Ecommerce Category Assistant, where they managed online content, analyzed performance data, conducted competitive analysis, and worked with suppliers. In 2017, they took a year off to travel Australia. In 2018, they joined LoyaltyLion as a Junior Account Executive, where they were promoted to Account Executive and then Senior Account Executive. Bianca also worked as a Loyalty Analyst, where they were responsible for driving customer retention, brand engagement and acquisition.

Bianca Graham attended Gateways School from 1999 to 2013, where they achieved 3A's and 1B in their A levels and 5A*s, 3A's, and 1B in their GCSEs. Bianca then went on to attend the University of Nottingham, where they graduated with a Geography 2:1 degree in 2016.
