Mags Maras has had a varied work experience. In 2010, they worked as an English Translator for RiseAgainst.pl. From 2015 to 2017, they worked in various internships, including Psychology Intern for Zaklad Opiekunczo-Leczniczy, Psychological Administration Intern for Dom Pomocy Społecznej im. L. i A. Helclów, and Éveil à la diversité linguistique for École Maternelle du Parc. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Aon in roles such as Operations & Customer Service Delivery Entry and Customer Service Trainee. In 2019, they began working at LoyaltyLion in roles such as Mid Application Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Specialist, and Customer Success Executive. In 2021, they began working as a Teaching Assistant for Le Wagon.

Mags Maras completed a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University between 2012 and 2017. Mags then went on to pursue a Full-Stack Web Developer, Computer Programing from Le Wagon in 2020 and is expected to complete the program in 2021.
