Sathiya Raveendran has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. They began their career at Shell in 2017 as a Customer Assistant. They then transitioned to Tesco, where they worked as a Customer Service Assistant from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they joined Tesco Mobile as a Phone Sales Advisor. From 2021 to 2021, they served as a Business Development Manager at Blink, a leading Fintech company. Following this, they worked at Better.co.uk as a Customer Success Associate, supporting clients in their mortgage journey. Currently, Sathiya is employed as a Customer Success Executive at LoyaltyLion, starting in 2023. Throughout their roles, Sathiya has demonstrated skills in customer service, sales, and client support.
Sathiya Raveendran completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Coventry University between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended St Dominic's Sixth Form College from 2013 to 2015 and Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet from 2008 to 2013 without completing a degree or field of study. Additionally, Sathiya obtained certifications such as "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" from LinkedIn and "Delivering a world-class customer support experience" from Intercom in March 2023. Furthermore, they achieved a "BPS Accredited" certification from the British Psychological Society - South West Branch in July 2018.
