John Hayman

John Hayman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John is currently the Director of Rewards Technology at LoyaltyOne, where they started in July 2022. Before that, they worked at Flipp, starting as a Senior Engineering Manager in May 2019 and later becoming the Director of Engineering in September 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at BlueCat as a Software Development Manager, Technical Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. John also worked at BlackBerry in various roles, including Principal Software Architect, Manager of Handheld Software, and Team Lead in Graphics and Media and Content Developer's Kit. John'searlier experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Plazmic, Inc. and CrossKeys Systems Corporation. John also had a co-op position at GeoVision.

John Hayman attended the University of Waterloo from 1989 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Mathematics degree. John specialized in Computer Science, Combinatorics, and Optimization during their time at the university.
